We typically service our customers within two business days following an order. Your local Destruction Agent will call you shortly after placing your order to confirm your appointment day and time.

Please Note: For paper destruction, we charge by volume, which is the number of boxes based on 30lb increments. A standard file box (10"x 12"x 18") is 30 lbs. Plastic bags are equal to the size of 3 boxes or the discretion of an employee along with contractor bags being 3- 4 boxes in size. Please also note the following:

• Standard letter-size file box measures 10" x 12" x 15", weighs approx. 25 - 30 lbs.
• Standard Xerox letter-size box measures 10" x 12" x 18", weighs approx. 30 - 30 lbs.
• Long letter-size file box measures 10" x 12" x 24", weighs approx. 45 - 50 lbs.
• Legal letter-size file box measures 10" x 14" x 24", weighs approx. 55 - 70 lbs.
• 13 Gallon white trash bag averages about 20 - 25 lbs.
• 33 Gallon black garbage averages about 35 - 50 lbs.
• 42 Gallon standard black contractor bag averages about 55 - 75 lbs.

If your order does not require information destruction, and you are only interested in recycling your electronics, please call 301.832.6227 and a local destruction agent will assist in meeting your recycling needs.

The minimum order charge is $59.99. Any orders placed with a total less than the minimum will be charged $59.99. All applicable sales taxes will be added at time of billing.

Provided free of charge via email, or sent via US Mail for $7.50.
